Swimmers Summer BBQ - Come along and help raise funds for the Dragons as well as having a great time. The event will be held at the Well Parc Inn at Trevone near Padstow on July 29 from 6-10:00 pm. For more details call Amanda Long on 01841 520046. www.wellparc.co.uk. Please note that there will be no swimming that night. All are welcome, bring along a friend!
The Sunday session with Simon Darbourne will switch to the morning, 08:00 – 09:00, starting with 05-Jul and continuing until 30-Aug. The Sunday session will switch back to the afternoon starting on 06-Sep.
The Sunday session with Simon is for the Performance Squad but is also open to swimmers in Performance+ and Intermediate+. This is an intensive session. The Sunday session will switch back to the afternoon starting on 06-Sep. Swimming fees will be payable as usual for July and August.

We also now welcome swimmers from other clubs who wish to top up their training schedules in a high quality environment. Two sessions per week cost about £25 per month (prices are currently being finalised). You will need to be assessed to see which squad sessions you can attend, but with the huge variet of sessions on offer, there is bound to be something just right for you!
We already have the most accessible training sessions of any club in the county - now you can benefit from more focussed sessions aimed at all swimmers. From those just finishing lessons to those aiimg to join one of our recent successes, Cassie Patton, at the Olympic Games, we have a sessions aimed specifically at your level!
Train in our light and modern 6 lane pool in a friendly but competitive cliub environment.
